A man who Greenwich Police say was observed driving erratically, at inconsistent speeds and drifting between lanes on East Putnam Avenue is facing a number of charges including driving under the influence and drug possession charges. It was about 1:15 a.m. April 4 when officers saw the motorist as he drove in the area of 1800 E. Putnam Ave. in Old Greenwich.
