Moving Truck Gets Wedged Under Metro-North Train Bridge In Greenwich

Someone's move didn't go exactly as planned as a moving truck became wedged Thursday morning under a Metro-North train bridge in Greenwich. The incident occurred on Tomac Avenue in Old Greenwich near the Innis Arden Golf Course.

Teen Caught Trying to Steal Scooter in Old Greenwich

Plainclothes officers were in the area when the suspect was seen trying to break locks off bicycles parked at the train station. A 15-year-old teen is facing an attempted larceny charge after Greenwich Police surveilling the Old Greenwich train station because of a series of bicycle thefts saw the teen trying to break the locks of bikes and try to swipe a scooter.

Old Greenwich Teen Faces DWI Charge in Mount Kisco

Maxwell Trudeau, 19, faces a charge of Driving While Intoxicated, a misdemeanor, following a traffic stop on Parkview Place at Drake Avenue at 3:33 a.m. July 13. Police said Westchester County Police Officer Brian Tierney stopped Trudeau's vehicle after observing it pass through a stop sign without stopping as it exited the Saw Mill River Parkway.

Young Greenwich Actors Cast in 'Annie JR.'

The performances at The Tarrytown Music Hall, featuring more than 100 local young performers, are scheduled for July 24 - Aug. 1. The cast includes Claire Hesser and Hayley Eldridge, both of Cos Cob; Fifi Fernandez of Greenwich, and Alexis Killeen of Old Greenwich. Tickets are $16 , $18 and $23 for premium seats .
