Lisa Baird, the United States Olympic Committee chief marketing officer and an Old Greenwich resident, was the keynote speaker at the largest Sole Sisters luncheon crowd ever that attended the April 23 event at the Greenwich Country Club. The event marked 10 years of the United Way Women's Initiative "Stepping Up to Help Others Step Forward."
