An Old Greenwich man who suffered what police said were severe burns in a March 9 fire and explosion at a home he was renting has been charged in connection with the blaze. Henry Calam, 44, of 83 Halsey Drive, was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment and third-degree criminal mischief in connection with the fire.
