The Board of Representatives' Legislative and Rules Committee on Monday will take up the proposed sale of a sliver of city-owned land on Fairfield Avenue to the Innis Arden Golf Club in Old Greenwich. On Monday at 6 p.m., the Personnel Committee of the Board of Representatives will ask human resources Director Clemon Williams to review how his office has worked to verify whether city employees' dependents are eligible to be classified as such.
