Rob Perelli-Minetti of Old Greenwich plays on his tuba as part of the Sound Beach Community Band, one of the few remaining bands associated with a local volunteer fire department in Connecticut. The band, created about 65 years ago, practices on the second floor of the Sound Beach Volunteer Fire Department in Old Greenwich.
