A dispute between two Old Greenwich men over damage to a vehicle ended with a smashed flower pot and broken bench - and a young man's arrest. A 20-year-old Sound Beach Avenue resident is facing charges in connection with a May 1 argument with a neighbor about damage to the suspect's vehicle, according to a Greenwich Police report.
