Greenwich Fire Department crews report that two of the three lanes of I-95 southbound in Old Greenwich have been reopened to traffic as personnel continue to cleanup a fuel spill caused by an early morning tractor-trailer crash Thursday. Morning commuters are experiencing traffic backups into Norwalk as heavy-duty wreckers worked to remove the wreckage of the crash reported about 5 a.m. The crash prompted closing of travel lanes with traffic only able to pass the scene in the breakdown lane.
