According to preliminary reports from Greenwich Fire, the fire was reported around 3:30 a.m. at 39 Edgewater Dr., where firefighters found heavy fire conditions in the 2 1/2 story wood-frame home that was under construction. Have a news tip? Email barbara.heins@patch.com.
