Old Greenwich sales up in April

Old Greenwich real estate flew off the market in April, with 10 homes near the central village closing during the month, according to transactions filed in the Greenwich Town Assessor's office. While Old Greenwich has always shown strength in the market, recent months have been a bit slower for that portion of town, with only three sales clustered in Old Greenwich in March and four in February.
