The traffic circle near Perrot Library could be in for a long-sought after redesign within the not so distant future. At last Wednesday's Old Greenwich Association meeting, Frank Petise , senior civil engineer for the town's Department of Public Works , took questions from the audience and was asked what was being done about the circle.
