The approval has been given for the annual Old Greenwich First Light Festival this coming December. Sound Beach Avenue will be decked for the holidays and much of Sound Beach Avenue will be roped off for horse-drawn carriage rides, holiday carolers, hot chocolate, music and Santa Claus.
