Old Greenwich resident Amy Palladino was recently hired as the Senior Director of Corporate Communications by HEINEKEN USA, the company announced. In her role, Palladino reports to Tara Rush, SVP and Chief Corporate Relations officer, and joins the HEINEKEN USA management team.
