Residents will have the chance to tell town officials what they believe should be done to improve the popular Binney Park in Old Greenwich. The Town of Greenwich Department of Parks and Recreation has begun the process of preparing a long-term master plan for preserving and enhancing Binney Park on Sound Beach Avenue.
